Valuer K [2014] NZVRB 9
A complaint was received from a part owner of a Café business concerning the actions of Valuer K in relation to a rent review of the premises in 2011. The matter was brought to the attention of the Registrar of the Valuers Registration Board by letter dated 10 April 2012. Valuer K, acting for the landlord provided a rental assessment of the premises dated 24 May 2011.
